How requests are handled

We may need to verify identity first. Once confirmed, we delete the relevant data unless we must retain some information for legal, safety, or care-provider obligations.

We may need to verify your identity before completing the request, and we may retain limited data where required by law or by a healthcare provider acting as the data controller.
